SHIPPING

1. Shipping

Please note that the Company ships to US and Canada, but excluding P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or US Possessions, Territories and Freely Associated States (American Samoa, Guam, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of Palau, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)

Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled. Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders above 100$

  • Standard shipping below 100$ will be charged with 5$

  • Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

  • Express Shipping to US: 1-2 days | Express Shipping to Canada: 2-5 days

  • Delays and disruptions may be possible for shipments along the West coast of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia due to weather conditions.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from the warehouse to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

2. Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return.

Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product.

All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them (notice, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.) and a copy of the delivery slip enclosed with the delivered Product(s). Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Puig UK will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the Product(s).

To begin a return, contact Customer Service at [email protected]. Our Customer Service team is available 7 days a week; Monday to Friday from 9AM to 9PM BST/GMT and Weekends from 11.30AM to 9PM GMT/BST.

You will be refunded to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s).
