The second essential element is that it be synthesized with the right balance of molecular weights (low, medium and high) to work at both the surface and deeper skin layers. And lastly, the Hyaluronic Acid should be blended with advanced ingredient science - Hyaluronic Acid is an amazing penetrating agent for other active ingredients.
